Welcome to Moose & Me Baking Company. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases, registrations, inquiries, and other interactions with Moose & Me Baking Company.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or services.

About Moose & Me

Moose & Me Baking Company is a nonprofit inclusive bakery located in Naperville, Illinois. Our website and online store are hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services online.

Online Orders

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including billing, shipping, and contact information.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, information appears inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably believe an order may be fraudulent or improper.

Once an order has been accepted and processed, the applicable cancellation, refund, and replacement policies will apply.

Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be shown during checkout when required. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered complete.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If we discover a significant pricing or product-description error, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it.

Product Availability

Our baked goods are made fresh, and availability may vary based on bakery production, ingredient availability, season, and order volume.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, substitute, or limit products when necessary.

Product photographs are intended to represent our baked goods as accurately as possible. Because our products are handmade, variations in appearance, decoration, color, and other details are normal.

Cookie Boxes & Assortments

Certain Moose & Me products, including The Wonderfully Made Box, include a rotating assortment of flavors. Flavors may vary based on availability and season.

Unless a product specifically lists a fixed assortment, photographs should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular flavor will be included.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of Moose & Me’s control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Perishable Products, Refunds & Replacements

Our baked goods are fresh and perishable and generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another significant issue, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Refunds, replacements, credits, and other resolutions are governed by our Refunds & Replacements policy.

Custom Cakes & Cookies

Custom cakes, decorated cookies, and other custom products are made specifically for each customer.

Submitting a Custom Order Request does not reserve an event date or confirm an order. A custom order is considered confirmed only after our bakery team has reviewed the request, confirmed availability and pricing, and communicated confirmation to you.

Prices displayed on our Custom Cakes & Cookies page are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on size, quantity, flavors, design, customization, and level of detail.

Inspiration photos are welcome and may be used to help us understand your desired style. Because our products are individually handmade, we do not guarantee an exact reproduction of another cake, cookie design, photograph, or artistic work.

Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes, cancellations, or refunds may be limited.

Inspiration Photos & Uploaded Content

When you submit photographs, design ideas, text, or other content through one of our inquiry forms, you confirm that you have the right to share that material with us for the purpose of discussing and fulfilling your request.

Submitting an inspiration image does not transfer ownership of that image to Moose & Me. We use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, communicate about, and fulfill your request unless you separately give us permission for another use.

Baking Classes & Events

Class registration reserves a limited space for the registered participant.

Class descriptions provide information regarding dates, times, participant requirements, age ranges, and other applicable details. Customers are responsible for reviewing that information before registering.

For Kids Baking Classes, registration should be completed by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

For Inclusive Adult Baking Classes, a parent, caregiver, or support person may attend when permitted by the class description.

If you are unable to attend a class, please contact Moose & Me as soon as possible. Refunds, credits, or transfers may depend on timing, availability, and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Moose & Me may cancel or reschedule a class when necessary. If that occurs, registered customers will be contacted regarding available options.

Bakery Tours

Bakery tour requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Moose & Me communicates confirmation with the requesting group.

Groups are responsible for providing accurate participant information and communicating any accommodations or support needs that may help us provide a successful experience.

If your group needs to modify or cancel a scheduled tour, please contact us as early as possible.

Corporate Gifting & Large Orders

Corporate, organizational, multi-address, and other large orders may require additional coordination.

Submitting a Corporate Gifting inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order or guarantee availability. Our team will confirm quantities, delivery needs, pricing, and other details before an order is finalized.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Our bakery handles ingredients that may contain common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Products described as gluten-friendly are made with gluten-free ingredients, but Moose & Me is not a dedicated gluten-free facility and cross-contact may occur. Gluten-friendly products may not be appropriate for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.

Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before ordering if additional information is needed.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website—including Moose & Me branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product names, page designs, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Moose & Me Baking Company.
