Standard shipping is included on our shipped cookie boxes unless otherwise noted.

Processing & Shipping

Because our products are baked fresh, orders require time for baking, packaging, and fulfillment before leaving our bakery.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and season. During busy holiday periods, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Delivery Timing

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of Moose & Me’s control may affect delivery.

If your order is intended for a specific event, holiday, or celebration, we recommend allowing extra time whenever possible.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Moose & Me cannot guarantee replacement or reshipment for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at info@mooseandme.org. We’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
