PARTY DETAILS

A Few Things to Know.

Guest Count

Base pricing includes up to 10 participating children. Additional children may be added up to the bakery’s available party capacity.

Reservation

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and is applied toward the final party total.

Final Headcount

Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before the party.

Food & Drinks

Families may bring pizza and non-alcoholic beverages. Outside desserts are not permitted except for approved allergy-related needs.

Decorations

Simple tabletop decorations and balloons are welcome. Please leave glitter and confetti at home.

Rescheduling

Parties may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.

PARTY FAQ

Parents Usually Ask…

Do adults count toward the guest total? +
Adults do not count toward the participant total unless they are participating in the decorating activities. Because bakery space is limited, we ask families to keep the number of accompanying adults reasonable.
Do participating siblings count as guests? +
Yes. Any child participating in the decorating activity or party experience counts toward the final participant total.
Can we bring our own birthday cake? +
Outside desserts are generally not permitted. Moose & Me can create a birthday cake or decorated cookies for your celebration. Please contact us about allergy-related exceptions.
Can you accommodate food allergies? +
Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs when requesting your party. We’ll review what accommodations may be possible based on the activity and bakery environment.
Is my party confirmed when I submit the form? +
No. Your request begins the planning process. A Moose & Me team member will confirm availability and your party is reserved once the required deposit has been received.
