Yes. Cookies in our shipped gift boxes are individually wrapped to help maintain freshness and make gifting and sharing easy.

Can I choose the flavors in The Wonderfully Made Box?
The Wonderfully Made Box includes a rotating assortment of Moose & Me favorites. Flavors may vary based on availability and season.

Do you offer a gluten-free option?
We offer a Gluten-Friendly Box made with gluten-free ingredients. Because Moose & Me also prepares products containing wheat in our bakery, cross-contact may occur. Our gluten-friendly products may not be appropriate for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.

What should I do if there is a problem with my shipment?
If your order arrives damaged or there is another issue with your shipment, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you make custom cakes?
Yes! Moose & Me creates custom cakes for birthdays, showers, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate events, and other celebrations.

Do you make custom decorated cookies?
Yes. We create hand-decorated sugar cookies customized around your theme, colors, and occasion. Custom decorated cookies start at $4.25 each ($51 per dozen), with a one-dozen minimum.

How do I request a custom order?
Visit our Custom Cakes & Cookies page and submit a Custom Order Request with your event date, quantity or servings needed, theme, flavors, and any design ideas you have.

How far in advance should I order?
Custom orders are subject to availability, and popular dates can fill quickly. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible.

Can I send an inspiration photo?
Yes! Our Custom Order Request form allows you to upload inspiration photos. We use them to help understand the look and feel you have in mind, but every finished creation will have its own Moose & Me touch.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?
No. Submitting a Custom Order Request does not reserve your date or confirm your order. Our bakery team will review your request and follow up regarding availability, design, and final pricing.

Do you offer corporate and business gifting?
Yes. Moose & Me works with businesses and organizations on holiday gifts, client appreciation, employee gifts, events, and other larger orders.

Can you ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can help coordinate larger orders being shipped to multiple recipients.

Can corporate gifts include personalized messages?
Yes. We can include personal gift messages and discuss other customization options for larger orders.

Do I need baking experience?
No. Our classes are designed to be approachable and hands-on, and no previous baking experience is required unless otherwise noted.

What is included with registration?
Ingredients, supplies, instruction, and the items you make during class are included unless otherwise stated in the class description.

Can a support person attend an Inclusive Adult Baking Class?
Yes. A parent, caregiver, or support person may attend to provide assistance at no additional charge and does not need a separate registration.
